The good - the room was spacious and there wasn't a smell of urine you get at most rehab centers. The bad - mom was there after hip surgery for 2 weeks. They sent her home with a) bed sores, b) stage 2 cellulitis, and 3) with 27 staples from surgery still left in her hip. She had lost over 25 pounds as well.

I was looking forward to a new journey after 2 surgeries and being in the hospital for 3 weeks. This is not the place to go. I was forgotten for 3 meals. An hour to get a drink of water. No one ever got me out of bed. People screaming for a nurse. TVs blaring all night. Nutrition for healing was nonexistent. I cried myself to sleep the first night. I had 1 staff my last night who asked if I needed anything. No air window open sweated all night

The staff are caring but there are not enough staff. Wait time for someone needing to be helped to the bathroom is minimum 45 minutes. Breakfast dishes are not taken away until lunch is brought. Food is often cold. It tastes like they microwave it. Nothing made in house.

The website pictures of the inside facility, and their "spacious private rooms" was not what we found after our mother arrived and unable to walk. She was in a semi-private room that couldn't accommodate a visiting family member because of its small size. It was unlit, dingy, the food was horrible, staff was limited, response times were not always good. After the first night, she awoke to find an aide going t…

I’m sorry to say this was the worse experience I’ve ever had. I was there 24 hours and probably cried 20 of it. My room was disgusting, when the A/C kicked on it sounded like a plane landing, the 9” TV was maybe 9” from the ceiling and didn’t work, toilet handle was broken, food was not edible. Adjusting the bed sounded like it was going to break. Staff was nice, but not able to help with these issues. My father was there as well. Yes Julie it smelled. There are for sure under staffed. My father was a bit of a pain . Regardless he was ignored alot. They will tell you the opposite. If you call have lots of Patients. They say there's a night staff but it's maybe one person in your lucky if you get a visit once a night.
