I visited this facility

I loved coming and spending time with the residents before the covid issues. I miss spending time with them. The staff was always so nice and offered me a drink and a snack. I loved volunteering and doing activities with them. Cant wait for everything to open back up so I can get back in there again to visit.

We love to see all the residents in the house because they are always sitting out and talking. They all love to sit and chat outside in the summer and the residents welcome everyone to join in the chat and talk. The staff are always very pleasant with me and offer me to join in snacks and beverages with everyone else.

Just Like Home

[Name removed] and her staff are compassionate and communicate well with residents and their family. My father-in-law has adjusted well and enjoys his apartment. He enjoys the activities that are available. With the lockdown due to Covid-19 Our House is keeping things as close to "normal" as possible for their residents. The family appreciates everything they are doing.

Staff and Management have been absolutely wonderful to work with. They always have fun activities going on and the atmosphere feels like you are at home with the love and positive attitudes from everyone. The residents are very welcoming to new residents and they are more then excited to tell you how much they love being here. My tour of the place left me feeling very positive about this facility. However, the Resident Director has not return multiple phone calls or e-mails from the agency I am working with to place my mother. My phone calls seem to fall on deaf ears also. Very unprofessional leadership.

I didn't have a whole lot of time to tour Our House Senior Living, but everything looked very nice and clean. It is the place that my dad was most interested in going to. The people were very pleasant. The staff member who showed me around was very pleasant as well. The dining area was clean and pleasant-looking.
