CriticalMy grandma was there and she always had someone else's clothes on. Her room was messy, she was in a wheelchair. She was always put at a table and left there. There was always new staff. Management was never there. Staff wore skin tight clothing, leggings, barely spoke English. Staff swore while talking to each other.

PositiveMy sister in law who is in the community seems to be a little confused about the whole transitioning process. However, when i have visit her she really does seem to enjoy her meals they look healthy and tasteful. Her room is clean and up-kept all of the time. I really like how everything is so opened you can see the kitchen staff working. This place gives you a warm inviting feeling.
