PositiveI was in Our Lady of Hope as a skilled nursing facility, and that was real nice. I just couldn't afford it. I was in there for rehab for 30 days. They helped with everything, food, nursing care, and a good doctor. The staff was good. Like a lot of the other skilled nursing facilities, the nighttime staff were a little tough to deal with, but they were all contract people. It was about on par with some of the other places I've stayed, not the worst. The daytime staff was outstanding. It's very clean. …

CriticalMy family member was allowed to sit in her own pee. The night nurses have horrible attitudes. My family member was there for therapy but no one would come to let her up to use the bathroom. Makes a lot of sense.

PositiveI was in need of long term nursing care for my mom in March of 2017. I happened to find an article about Our Lady of Hope and it was a done deal. My initial impression of the facility and staff has only grown since my mom became a resident. The staff is outstanding, the care is better than any other facility we were involved with and there were 3. I fully believe my mom is alive today because of the care she has received at OLOH. I would HIGHLY recommend OLOH to anyone that wants to insure their loved one is totall…

PositiveI visited Our Lady of Hope because I have decided that if we went into an assisted living facility, I wanted it to be part of our church. I really liked what I saw. There was nothing available for us, but Im on the waiting list, and I loved the place. Its clean, nice, and well-laid out. Its really the place Im interested in.

PositiveMy dad was at Our Lady of Hope Health Center, and it was not a good experience. It was beautiful to look at, and the furnishings were lovely, but they were very understaffed. The place was not very clean.

PositiveMy ex-husband stayed at Our Lady of Hope Health Center for about three months before he passed away. We chose it because they had the memory care area which he needed. The location was also convenient for me and my daughter, so we could visit him regularly. It was a very nice place and very clean. He was in a shared room and it was spacious enough for him. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They seemed to be very organized. I would recommend this place to other people.
