I would recommend

I chose Overture Daniel Island because of the quietness of where it is located. I have the smallest 1 bedroom apartment that they have but it is plenty of space for me and what I need. The maintenance staff members are very friendly and they always respond in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this independent living facility to others looking.

a nice community with friendly staff

Overture Daniel is a very clean and very nice community, and the staff members are very helpful and very friendly. The value is fine, but the activities were more limited then what our loved one had preferred. They only serve breakfast and its during a certain time frame so if you like to sleep in in the morning you most likely will miss breakfast. Our loved one always slept in and missed breakfast about 75% of the time, so the time frame could maybe be longer in the mornings.

This community was great but it was just way to high for me. I was doing the tour with a friend and he ended up there.

I'm at Overture Daniel Island. It's very nice, new, and well kept. They have different activities. They take you to different places around the community. They have music that they bring in sometimes at night. They have a game room and just normal things that you find in places like this. The staff was very friendly and very nice. Happy with my choice

I am very happy at Overture Daniel Island. They do offer a lot of activities here, there is always something to do and it is different every week. Living in this facility is really good because you have more independence yet they are willing to help with anything you need. The residents who live here are wonderful as well, it is a great sense of community. It is located in a great place and it is gorgeous and you have great views. I am really glad I moved here and I would recommend.

A Very Good Rating

We have a group that my daughter thinks it is similar to a sorority. We go to each other's houses and enjoy spending time together. There is an opportunity to rent a storage unit at this community. There is a handy man on the campus on the community. I had an issue one day with my air conditioner, and the maintenance team were at my door within 30 minutes. There are lots of activities that include exercise, movie night, bocce ball, wine down Wednesday, and swimming. They have a continental breakfast each morning…
