PositiveBased on what my father-in-law is telling me - The staff is friendly, the food is nothing gourmet but good, his apartment is a one bedroom and it's a nice size, they clean his apartment I believe every other week which he likes and they also offer a service to wash/fold your clothing. They offer a transportation service, which he uses to go to either a doctor appointment or to the senior center. They have activities throughout the day and also happy hour once a month. There are a few things that he is still waiting…

Criticalquite frankly, if you love your family member you’d never send them here. Poor inadequate meals, which always get messed up. So if you can’t have pork still expect to have bacon on your plate or if you’re allergic to eggs. They probably won’t get the memo. They do have some nurses/cna’s that truly care but not on the floor that needs it the most. Once watched an old man fall and get criticized by nurses for 5 mins before them picked him back up. The housekeeping is just as bad as the meals, and don’t even get me st…

CriticalSomeone there stole my father’s shoes and jacket! My father was sent there for rehab and then transported to the hospital one night. We continued to call, again with no return call. I decided to stop in, was told they cannot find the shoes and jacket. I spoke with the director, Mike who promised to locate the items and call me …

CriticalThe rooms are small. Shared bathroom with other room. Short-staffed. Sporadic doctor visits. Nurses do what they can.i have reported them twice to the state and agency on aging. They have come out to investigate. Do not have your loved put in this facility.

PositiveMy wife has moved into Oxford Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center. She has been there before for rehab, I like the place and I like the way they treat her, so we decided that that's the place to go. It's the way people treat you. The facilities I visited are all basically the same, and I visited a couple. So it boils down to the staff and how they are, and I thought they were pretty good here, so that's what I did. In the rehab unit, they offer basic rooms. They have a hospital bed, a bureau, a ni…
