PositiveMy mom is staying at Pacific Coast Post Acute. My mom had an issue with some of her clothes. She lost them, but they replaced them. The food is good. They have activities, and they keep them busy. They do exercises. They're teaching my mom to shower on her own and how to walk with the walker. She's excited about that because she's never had that kind of exercise commitment, and she seems to be getting stronger. I don't know if they're changing them over because of the size of the place, but…

PositiveMy mom is in Kindred. The staff is more than adequate, friendly, and helpful. She's been eating in her room, and she's eating most of the food, so it's very good. She does physical therapy. They had an atrium with birds, as well as a couple of patio areas they could go out to.

Criticalduring my 5 week stay at pacific coast care, i discovered the kindness and caring of the staff. the nursing aides were attentive to my needs and the licensed nurses listened to my concerns. i would return to this facility for supportive care and would highly recommend it for other elders who need surgical recovery and support. occupational & physical therapy staff was great and the social worker on site very informative.

PositiveWhen I came to Pacific Coast Care I knew what to expect because my husband use to be a patient in this facility. I felt like I was coming back home because I came back to friends. The reason why I choose Pacific Coast for my rehabilitation stay was because I like the fact that the nursing staff actually cares for their patients. When staff comes to work I can see they actually enjoy their job and care for the patients and not just work to receive a paycheck. The aides do their very best. I usually take care of ever…

PositiveI came to Pacific Coast Care after having a stay at Salinas Valley Hospital due to a fall causing a pelvic fracture. About 5-6 years ago, I was in this skilled nursing facility after having a knee surgery. So I decided to come back to them to receive treatment for my pelvic fracture. All the nursing staff were very helpful. Leila was one of the greatest CNA'S I had. I would go visit other patients within the facility and when medication came around my nurses always found me to give me my medication on time. Th…
