Everyone on the staff has been incredibly kind, patient and helpful with the onboarding process and they are kind to my grandmother as well. The room is large and well-equipped, an excellent value for the price compared to similar places in the area

My grandma is in the memory unit and the staff in the memory unit are amazing. They are kind, caring and interactive with the people staying with them. They are very aware of the wants and needs of the patients. They are accommodating to the family of the people there and its easy to contact them to communicate. Yes, we would recommend Pacific Gardens to other families based on the experience.

The facility is more homey than some of the more modern facilities and my dad appreciated that environment. The front desk staff was very friendly. The nursing staff was also very caring and easy to contact and kept me well informed. My dad was able to stay there under hospice care and the Pacific Gardens staff coordinated well with the hospice staff. My dad said he felt like the staff really cared about him. We were very happy with his time there.

We have been very pleased with the decision to move mom into Pacific Gardens Memory Care. Starting with the welcome card at the front door on the first day, to the greetings from everyone we see every time we’re there, it is clear the people there truly care. The hands on caregivers are extremely patient and I am confident in my mom’s safety and enrichment.
