PositiveIt could be better. But they listen to our suggestions.
The staff does a good job. There are some activities. I wish there were more but they are trying to meet people's needs. Food is filling but repetitive. I like it but my wife doesn't. They keep the home clean and orderly. We have a room that is adequate but that is all. They give showers to those that cannot do it on their own. The room showers are small. We usually eat in the dining hall with friends. Many don't participate in much. I don't know what can be done to encourage them. We are in personal care. Others a…

[name removed] is not the best person to talk to as she is very selective about who she wants in any apartments or Cottages. For example she told me at our first meeting that as an occupant here, if another apartment or cottage came available I would have first dibs. She bold face lied to me. Food is good as one can choose from an alternate menu. Maintenance is cleaning up the grounds but it's hard to get them to install or fix something. Staff is always changing. New people. Seem nice but they don't communicate with the family or other staff members. My dad was on a trip with paramount and they called me to see if my dad was with me. They could not find him. I left work early to search for him and than they call back after I was 39 min away from paramount to tell me oh he's is on the bus trip.
