Park Place of Fountain City

This was a very helpful,informative and interesting experience. The welcoming sign that was personalized with our names on it was a great marketing tool. Really started the process on a positive tone. I am just starting this search so I do not have sufficient information to share at this point. The Director was very professional,knowledgeable and transparent with information regarding this property. Also, the chocolate chip cookies were a big hit!!!

The Best Place for Mom

My mom's apt at Park Place is perfect for her. Any concerns she had are quickly taken care of by the staff. So many activities are available and rides are provided as requested and regularly to area stores. The staff are amazing, making the entire place feel very much like a family. I couldn't ask for any place better to have my mom.

Our experience

My mother had to have surgery and due to the hours, Park Place let me stay in her apartment so that I could go to and from the hospital for my mother. The staff was great in asking about updates and checking on her when she returned.

Recently moved my 94 year old mom here.The staff and management are amazing, they always greet everyone with a smile and are wonderfully helpful with whatever she needed both before and since her move in. [Name Removed] has been a perfect person to assist with the transition on our first visit he noticed her getting a little tearful and handled it perfectly! My mom and I could not be more pleased with everything at Park Place in Fountain City!

They are patient and kind. My mother had shoulder surgery the end of [date removed] and I had to stay with her for a week to take care of her. They welcomed me without question. Highly recommend to others.

5 stars for everything! The grounds are beautiful, and the food is good. The staff is excellent and very attentive. Our studio room is the same size as others and has a double window, though it doesn’t have a full kitchen—there is, however, a large fridge. They have just this one independent-living building; the rest are memory care and assisted-living facilities. A nurse is always on duty.
