Park View at Bel Air

Dirty!

Parkview at one time was very nice. Still could be if they kept it clean. Upper floors only get vacuumed every 2 weeks and floors in front of elevators have spills from months ago. Parking lots also contain many broken down cars. Maintenance requests take weeks to fulfill. Disappointing as could still be nice.

Parkview still hopeful

There have been pros and cons of living here at Park View. It takes so long to get maintenance requests filled out and answered. They did just start opening our activities back up since the pandemic. I came from another apartment, this apartment is small but they do have different sizes available.

Really a place of Mom !

The process took time to complete but I give credit to the thoroughness of the screening process. Residents seem very nice, management is so willing to help in all occasions and my Mother “feels safe here”. Everything I wanted for my Mother ??

We considered this location when we were touring. It was between this and another Park View location. This was fine, but the other location just seemed to be a little bit brighter and more open, so we did not go with this one.

Very nice independent living

We've had a great experience with Park View at Bel Air! They were very accommodating in trying to get Mom in as quickly as possible, and even completely redid the apartment before she moved in, it was like new! Everyone here has been very friendly, and she seems to really be enjoying herself!
