The care team is wonderful. They are very compassionate and caring. The food is ok. Mom says its garbage some days! Apartment is a good size however the bathroom/shower needs to be bigger. These are elderly people that don't have the best balance.

The activities coordinator did a great job, and my sister seemed to enjoy the activities that were offered. The room size was good, and the overall cleanliness was acceptable. The staff was generally okay, but there were several concerns that made me feel like I needed to be there every day to make sure my sister was receiving proper care. They go above and beyond helping my mother. They know my parents have no money and are helping my mom as much as they possibly can.
