Our Mom has been very happy so far and they have done a very good job with providing the attention and care she needs. Within a week or so of when we first visited Pegasus, they were transferring ownership from Brookdale, which is the only reason I gave them less than a 5 rating. They were going through a lot of procedural changes and all of them were to make things better than they were, however it caused a few things to not go smoothly. It was beautiful. It's a bit more updated and just a little bit higher level. I toured their assisted living facility for my brother, and the young lady who helped me there was wonderful. I think it's a wonderful place, and the facility was very clean. It's kind of like going into a fancy hotel.

It was nice and clean. The views were nice. What I liked least was that it didn't feel as welcoming and homey as the other place. It felt more like a hotel. They were still a very good facility. The staff didn't feel as warm, but they didn't do anything wrong. It was a very pretty building. They were good-sized rooms and very nice. They had very nice layouts, like the one-bedroom was a bit of an offset room. They were pretty nice too, and pretty good-sized. They were like an apartment.

I loved the place. Theda, the nurse, totally went above and beyond! As a nurse myself I knew how great she was! [name removed], the person that handles the visit etc. felt like family! When my mother needs full time care.... this is the only place I will consider. I was very comfortable with my mom there.

PositiveBrookdale is a warm and nurturing environment, that gives peace of mind.
They have very low staff turnover. She is clean, her room is clean and the only problem is low staffing ratio on weekends. [name removed] is so much happier at Brookdale and that makes me happy. It is such a better place than her previous facility.
