Amazing facility and team

My grandfather moved into the facility at the beginning of the year. After moving him from a different facility we were worried about seeing a decline with the new environment and new staff. That definitely wasn’t the case. The staff were and still are so great with him. He’s been able to do many more activities, and be surrounded by other amazing residents. We’re truly grateful for the staff and management there for making sure my grandpa is taken care of! We always recommend this facility to any other friends or …

Worst and most uncaring management ever.

When I moved my mother into The Peaks it was a WONDERFUL place. When the Peaks were sold out and under new management it totally changed. All previous employees left because of the New Manager, I have no issue with any employees just management. When my mother passed it was a very difficult time. I had told a couple of the aids that I would like them to disburse my mother’s clothes to other resident, they both told me ok, I thought I was doing something nice. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My parents are at The Peaks at Clinton. The people are nice. My dad does not need memory care, but he's there with my mom. The food is good, but there are not as many options. They just give one choice because they're in memory care. It's clean. Their room is a little dated, but it's roomier than any of the others in memory care. They have activities every day, but they haven't done anything. It's one of the cheaper ones out there.

Nice, Clean facility

The staff was amazing, they really did seem to care about my dad and loved that he was very friendly and always happy. The quality of the care suffered in that I think they were short handed. He developed a bed sore and then was not ambulatory at all after that and that's when things went downhill quickly. He seemed to enjoy the meals and eating in the dining room with the "cool kids". Overall recommend

They could do better at getting back to me with requests sometimes. The overall cleanliness in the facility is great. its just often a lot of crumbs on the floor and his tray table in his room that I notice. Also he shares a bathroom with his neighbor and that isn't always the cleanest.
