Criticalthe aides are constantly on their phones and not paying attention to the residents. Some are just plain lazy and have no compassion for the residents. My uncle started going down hill due to lack of care so we moved him to another home where he is doing much better. You cant find help when it is needed cause the aides are on their cell phones. Very disappointed and do not recommend this place at all.

CriticalVery concerned about the care being provided at this facility. There is animal feces on the floor, found a banana peel under the bed of the roommate of our loved one, it had to have been there for sometime. Smells of urine throughout the hall, rooms are very small, all the residents were packed in one of the larger rooms and there was not an employee within eye sight. Had to search for a caregiver for over 15 minutes only to find 2 which appeared to be taking a break at the same time. In just a little over 3 months…

CriticalWe walked through Peroni Personal Care Home. They had better value for the money, but you had to give on a few things. There you had roommates for most of the rooms and shared bathrooms, which was different than the individual apartments where my mother lived previously. They didn't have the point system for payment which made it a lot easier for folks. And whatever care you needed was included in the one price. I just find the layout to be a little confusing for me. PositivePeroni Personal Care Home has a happy and homey atmosphere, and it is only four miles from home, so we visit my husband every day. He moved there a couple of weeks ago. It's assisted living, but he has hospice nurses who come in as well. The owner has a golden retriever that she brings in, and they go around and visit with the patients. CriticalMy beloved relative is living here and her family is out of state. We call the facility often and they have never answered us. They do not answer their phone. We have zero contact with our family member because of this. Zero. She was placed here with the help of non-family who have POA over her. This is a heart-wrenching situation for us.
