PositiveThe staff and tenants at Spring Valley are so welcoming and friendly. There is always something going on. We enjoyed our experience greatly. There is Happy Hour every Friday with live entertainment! The location was a bonus as it was connected to the hospital.

PositiveI toured Perry Lutheran Homes Spring Valley Campus. It looked like a nice and clean facility. I wasn't as familiar with it, but I think they were really good. The staff were really good. They had a courtyard. It wasn't quite as nice as the other place. In terms of cleanliness, the hallways and the main areas were very nicely kept. It's also right next to a hospital.
★★★★★
PositiveI have always been happy with the environment and helpful and friendly staff. The tenants seem happy to live there and enjoy all the activities they get to do. They enjoy going on outings too. Also live entertainment coming in most every week.

It was nice, but it just didn't have the overall warmth from the staff members. It had more of a facility look and feel to it. I had no complaints about the cleanliness when we were there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I like that it is right in the middle of a residential neighborhood because it is important for the residents. Also, it&apos…

PositiveI had visited several times over the years. The place was always spotless. It had a very clean and neat rooms. Very large hallways, which was great. You would always see some elderly around. Wither it be playing cards, solving puzzles, or watching a group movie there always seemed to be something going on which is fantastic. I imagine it must get terrible boring without activates running all the time. The rooms where my grandparents stayed were huge. The also provided extremely large bathrooms which is always nice.…
