CriticalIt is the most disgusting place I've ever seen. Drive up and it looks like an abandoned housing project. The smell of piss and filth hits you at the front door. The inside is filthy. Curtains have to be 30 years old. They hand off the rod with the hold hooks. My family member was placed here by the VA for hospice. It's a disgrace that are heros are left to having to live in a puppy mill kennel. There are residents smoking in their rooms and the nurse and aids just walk by.
