My father stayed in Piney Forest. It was horrible. It was not clean. They did not take care of my father very well at all. As a matter of fact, my mother went there every morning about 7 o'clock, and she stayed with him all day long until he went to bed at night. The staff's work ethic was OK. The problem was they were short staffed to the point where they didn't have enough people to take care of the number of patients that they had. I have accompanied my husband on several occasions to this nursing home when his parents were both staying here for rehabilitation purposes. During each instance, their stay was approximately for thirty to forty-five days. I observed the staff to be very friendly and attentive to their needs. At times, my mother-in-law could be very difficult and demanding to some of the nursing staff at this facility.
