My husband is in Pinnacle Specialty Care, but he is still in his rehab room. He is waiting for a long-term room, and so far, that hasn't come up. Nevertheless, I'm pretty satisfied with them. As far as I'm concerned, they have given him good care. Of course, he is not satisfied because he wants to come home, so he finds things wrong, and he keeps telling me what they're doing or what they are not doing. My mom had rehab at the Pinnacle Specialty Care for a couple of months. The aides responded very well and were very speedy for the most part. The nurses were really good, and the rehab was wonderful. The amenities were great. They had a beauty parlor and a lot of activities that she refused to participate in. It could be long term if needed.
