I have had a very pleasant experience. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. They various activities here. Very clean buildings which are being upgraded. The bistro here was just remodeled. They have different size apartments depending on your need. And the shuttle bus runs twice a week to local grocery stores. On Tuesday and Thursday. At 10 and 1pm

No air in all rooms elevators nasty and outdated the whole place outdated maintenance dont speak English hallways hot and musty etc.....Pool not ready for use and summer is almost over. Some people got new balcony rails others still have the outdated ones I will be moving at the end of my lease I need private entry not common I hate it.....

CriticalMy experience would be a fair
The facility needs a ton of maintenance as far carpet, painting, electrical projects. Also, my mom moved there in October and her rent went up in January! Horrible first customer experience. Normally your rent would go up after your lease is up. The staff are really nice, I love that they come and pick up your trash for you, and the residents are like family and enjoy one another.
