PositiveI'm living in Pleasant Hills. It doesn't look anything like a nursing home. It has a very open atmosphere. They're just more comfortable. It's going to be my third week being here. The staff is hardworking, professional and nice. The food is great. They have art craft projects. There's a courtyard.

PositiveI was impressed with the whole facility. They have nice big rooms which the workers keep clean & it all has a pleasant smell which many homes do not. All the staff were friendly & very helpful. When Covid hit and I was not allowed to go into my husband's room the staff made it possible to talk to him via speakers on either side of the window. PositiveWhen I was no longer able to care for my husband at home, I wanted to find a place that felt like home as much as possible. We found that at Pleasant Hills. He lived there for 18 months and we couldn't have been more satisfied. The staff was always helpful and caring. It was always neat and clean. The meals were almost all home cooked. You couldn't find a better assisted living center to call home.

PositiveThe food is homemade and excellent. Having a smaller facility and high staff\low resident ratio makes for more individual attention. The staff is very caring and helpful and this home is immaculately clean. Overall, I don’t think I could have found a more ideal home.
