CriticalManager/owner is not helpful
The manager/owner of these apartments takes great pleasure in telling me what i can and cannot have in the apartment. I asked for ceiling fan and was told that the efficiencies dont have fans. This is incorrect as I have seen fans in most of the efficiencies. I stated that all the lights didn't work and a short could cause a fire hazard. I even showed a picture but have seen no action. On the other hand the food is mostly good but there are too many fried items. I like the rest of the people here though.

For the money, you could get more, but places are much more expensive. Room sizes are larger than I am accustomed to. Everything works, service problems seem to be taken care of immediately Food is good most of the time and I am served more than I eat. I do not participate much in activities. Overall much happier and more comfortable than I was before.

The staff is very accommodating and take a personal interest in your resident. Residents and staff are friendly and welcoming. Apartment and facility is very clean. Perfect for our brother offering him independence of living on his own but providing meals, laundry, medication management for a small fee.

Pleasant Villa Retirement home was excellent! They were very caring, super clean, excellent condition, and ran very professionally and reasonably priced. We have nothing but good things to say about these folks! Everyone there is very accommodating and based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend them to other families .
