Positive2022 was a long time ago. It’s 2025 now. I spent about two months there recently. I had serious fractures to my left foot. Having worked in a hospital for years I can say today the level of care is above what I have seen elsewhere. The staff is very supportive and professional. They are very attentive to the patients needs. The Physical Therapy and occupational Therapy there is by far superior to many places which was why I was able to leave much sooner than I was previously scheduled to leave thanks to Kaylee and …

CriticalThis place sucks. Scary for patients!! The cnas do NOTHING on 2nd or 3rd shift. Most of the day cnas are fantastic Doctors are scarce. There are a few good nurses but there are others that just don't care. Food is sub-par. Administrators will tell you what you want to hear then do nothing to help or improve the issues you may have had. STAY AWAY. and if your currently there RUN AWAY!!!!!!

Criticalmediocre some of staff are clueless & the other 1/2 don't care. I could count on one hand the useful ones. This is Harborside on Obery St. My husband has been styck there for 2 weeks. Ended up in Hospital this ast Sat- flu- pneumonia & thrush. Thank God I demanded he go over to hospital. He wouldn;t be here, if I hadn't No medical on weekends. & he couldn't wait. Dehydrated & delushional as well.....They have lost some of his clothes, persnal items,, etc. which are very upsetting to u…

CriticalI would not send my worst enemy to this facility. My husband was there for a month and went downhill from day one. If you are ambulatory you will probably be ok. If you are bedridden as my husband was you are in severe trouble. DO NOT come to this facility. If the hospital recommends this place say NO to going here. You can stay in the hospital until there is a facility you want to go to and Plymouth Harborside should NOT be the place you want to go to. This may never be seen by anyone but I truly hope it is.

PositiveMy mom is in this facility for over a year now and when I call or face-time with my sister. I can see how happy and healthy she is! My sister tells me that the staff is unbelievably awesome. I live in the south so I can only depend on my sister. My sister has very high standards so I know my mom is home:)
