We liked that the people at Presidential Place were extremely friendly and helpful. Carlos is the marketing director, and he's bent over backwards trying to be accommodating. We liked the available rooms. They looked nice, clean, and organized. My brother does not need help with bathing, eating, and all that stuff. He's pretty self-sufficient. He just can't remember things, and we felt that Presidential Place was a better fit than the other two facilities I visited in that regard. They invited us to …
