Everyone is helpful and caring so far. Plenty of activities, the food is very good and a nice menu. Apt is great for 1 person. The facility is clean and well kept.

My mom has been living at Five Rivers for about a year and she consistently receives excellent and personable care. I hear the staff all calling her by name and she knows their names too. When caregivers step in and become part of our extended family, it means the world to both my mom and to all of us who don’t live locally anymore and only get to visit. My mom says that the care at Five Rivers is so good that it’s “the next best thing to living at home with her family.” Thank you Prestige Care and the Five Rivers …

Staff was often rude. Good was truly atrocious. They would come to my wife's room at 10-11 PM to do a shower. When she would express it was too late in the day, they would try to get her to sign a form saying she had refused the shower. BS. Food is not good. I will never recommend this facility.

1. Terrible 2. Less than needed. From the time of move in the cupboards had old food crumbs in all the cupboards 3. 20% friendly, 80% "not my job". 4. Very little help available or offered. 5. Distrusting of what they say and then see what they actually do. 6. Awful. Common foods were not identifiable. How does one destroy asparagus? 7. Didn't participate. 8. Complete waste of money.
