Staff is mostly friendly and smile as you pass in the hallway; there is a large turnover, however. I think this happens in all of the retirement homes from what I hear from others. My loved one enjoys some of the activities, and I think their activity coordinator tries to make fun things and events happen often! She decorates for special events and holidays. Overall a good choice for your family member

Our overall experience has been very good. The staff are all friendly and caring towards the residents and visitors. They try to include all the residents in many activities, even when they are hesitant. The care has had a few hiccups along the way mostly concerning doctors orders, when a medication was increased, they didn't take that into consideration, and ran out of meds, missing several doses before they could get a refill. Grandma is happy at the Prestige Monticello.

She's very happy living there. Then Prestige wasn't overwhelming with calls and were very upfront on when rooms would be available.

Pros and cons

Staff and residents are all very friendly. They do have a lot of activities that always have a big turn out by the others. We did have an issue with the staff not giving mom the eye drops 3x a day that she needs. This has been an ongoing issue.

I felt it was very chaotic just not a fit for me I will continue to stay at Canterbury Park I was not given an tour of the facility so hard to answer most of your survey

Happy 2026, My Inlaw has been there a year in March!! What a decision we could not have done it with out Lori, an all the staff. The maintenance staff, Cafeteria, an all has been an inspiration. Thank you Lori for all your help. All of you
