I liked the facility and everyone was very friendly. I thought they were quite a bit more expensive than other facilities I I have toured lately.

Their food could be less sweet. There is a lot of staff turnover. They did go out of their way to get [Name Removed] entered the second time. They sent a nurse out to enroll him.

The first day [name removed] had some issues with the shower, but after that his stay went smoothly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Yes, we would recommend Prestige Senior Living Southern Hills to other families.

This community and company are a shame. The turnover is terrible. Prestige has had 8 Executive Directors in the last year. There is no accountability for staff when breaking state regulations or Prestige company policies. The only Executive Director they had that tried to hold staff accountable, they fired. Why? Because accountability hurt staff feelings. Think twice before moving your loved one into this community if they are more concerned with staff feelings than doing the right thing, how well are they going to…

I toured Prestige Senior Living Southern Hills. The tour was odd because when I got there, I met the lady who was giving me the tour. We stood in the lobby and answered questions, and I had to prompt her to visit the rooms. It just seemed odd. It felt unorganized, but she was very nice. The apartments seemed slightly above average. Very Nice Community

Moving our parents into assisted living was a tough decision. Prestige Southern Hills has done a great job of welcoming them and treating them like family. They are always happy to help when needed, but also allow for independence whenever possible.
