I visited this facility

I saw Primrose Retirement Community of Jefferson City for a tour. They were all very friendly and helpful. They interacted well with the clients when I was there. It was clean. The residents seemed to enjoy it and be happy there. They would provide showering and toileting if necessary. They have lots of activities like bingo. They have a movie theater, and they have arts and crafts.

At one time, this place was THE best in Jefferson City. Unfortunately, over the past 6 or so months, staff turnover has been HORRIBLE and thus the quality of care is suffering significantly. The Primrose director has terminated many of the best employees that were here before she came. These employees cared tremendously for the residents and put the residents first. They have now been replaced with people the Primrose director worked with before. These new people are not loyal to Primrose or dedicated to the reside…

Mom moved in 3 months ago. Best decision we could have made. Staff goes above n beyond! Food is great! Room is great! Atmosphere is warm n homelike. Highly recommend.

I liked the atmosphere at Primrose Retirement Community of Jefferson City. It was very warm, inviting, and very homey. It seemed to be more in line with their décor and lifestyle. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

Primrose Retirement Community of Jefferson City was absolutely beautiful. They have so many amenities that keep my father-in-law busy. They have live entertainment every Friday, card games, bingo, a billiard table, and just a lot of things that he really looks forward to. They are able to go to the YMCA for exercise or go shopping. We checked out Primrose Retirement Community. It's a new building, and we were invited to have lunch in their dining room. They showed us the common areas, and we saw several of the rooms. I think that helped us determine at the time that we're probably looking for a two-bedroom unit. We both had bathroom problems, so sometimes it's nice to have two bathrooms. When they showed us a two-bedroom with two-bathroom unit, we found that it had two toilets, two sinks and two showers; we don't need two …
