If you like being fleeced, this is the place to go

Before my Mom entered this facility, we were quoted [removed] a day, after my Mom entered this place, the owner raised this to [removed] a day. My Mom was not watched all the time and was allowed to go to the bathroom by herself where she passed out and ended up with a fractured pelvis and was bleeding internally. Most of Sept 2023, My Mom was in the hospital and then passed away on the [date removed]. The owner charged for every day in Sept and even for the [date removed]. This community was very good at what they did and if you have someone that does not need memory care this would be a great place to go. If you have someone that does need memory care they can not deal with the level of care that is required.

Great care

My 98 year old father was a resident for almost 2 years & received compassionate & loving care. I toured every adult home in north Spokane & never regretted my choice. All the caregivers were very knowledgeable and most of all patient and kind. The home was immaculate and very cheerful. Even though my dad wasn't much of an eater they made sure to fix his weekly favorite foods.

The very best place for mom!

Providence Adult Family Home is very very clean, our loved one loves the community, the staff really care about each individual. We are super thrilled with our loved ones room, it is bright, clean and cheery. It is really really nice, and we definitely would recommend this community to others.

Very nice place but not for my mother due to the fact that they want the residents to be social which is not my mothers thing. They are also high priced in my opinion.
