PositiveRoomy apartments
The atrium area is lovely, my mom isn’t happy with the food. Internet isn’t the greatest, apartments need to be updated there is old nasty carpets throughout. The bathroom fixtures are extremely difficult to use, not sure why that is? I would have like to seen events like having someone come to provide flu vaccine and the like with some many residents that can’t drive.

It was time for my mom to move to a senior living community, and after taking tours of about 6 communities and being disappointed, A Place for Mom told us about Provincial Glenville. We were set up an appointment with [name removed] ( who is absolutely wonderful!) and boy did she make us feel right at home! We even sat down for lunch and met a few of the residents! [name removed] was so accommodating to my mom. She found her the perfect apartment. My mom moved in late September and she jumped right in to the act…

It was a very positive experience. My relative is getting really quality care. There are meals provided, housekeeping and a variety of fun social activities. You are allowed to join in on the activities and meals, if desired. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting an independent living as well as safe environment.

My mom has lived here for about 5 years. She is very comfortable, settled and stays busy. Our family visits often and always feels welcome. The management team takes the time to really get to know everyone, not just the residents. There is a lot of peace of mind knowing that my mom has close friends and a strong support team to rely on there. The community is very homey and offers a sense of tranquility to everyone that steps through the door.
