PositiveUnfortunately, the person who would have been more able to talk about The Quadrangle was not available on my tour day. So, somebody who didn't know a lot of information did it. I liked the place. It was clean. There were no odors or anything like that, but he was kind of limited in what information he could give me because that wasn't his building. One of the things that I wish they had was a flowery courtyard where my mother could go out and sit. I looked at a room that would be shared, because that&apos…

PositiveWe live at The Quadrangle, and we are extremely happy. We are in a cottage. We've been here for eight years. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else. We have all the support we need for any problem that we have. This is a physically beautiful community with 70 acres of woodland. We have trails around. I ride an electric cart, and I can ride all around the fire road. We have a pond. We have very active activities, all organized by the residents. The Quadrangle emphasizes the life of the mind. Most of our resi…

CriticalWe toured The Quadrangle. It looked like the place was dated. It just seemed dingy. When we went in, the reception person was just a fiasco. They had lost a patient or whatever they were supposed to take somebody. It was just chaos. I don't know if it's always like that, but when I was there, that's the way it was, but the person who gave me the tour was okay.

PositiveI did tour The Quadrangle. It seemed like a really nice place. I enjoyed it. The facilities are outstanding. The person who was my tour director was fantastic. It was just a very pleasant experience. He went out of his way to tour me because he wasn't aware that I was going to be coming. The facility was first class.

CriticalMy mom lives at the Quadrangle and Sunrise has no interest in resident input or satisfaction. The new executive director is unavailable. The dining room is hopelessly under staffed. Renovations have not addressed any resident feedback and have made changes to the detriment of the community, such as shrinking the auditorium for a “pub” no one wants. The residents are lovely, accomplished people who have a robust program of activities they organize and that is what makes Quadrangle special. They deserve responsive le…

CriticalI went to The Quadrangle. There was absolutely nothing that I liked. There was no positive. We walked through the dining room at about 10:15 in the morning and there were crumbs on the floor around numerous tables. The people looked like zombies. There was no sign of liveliness or activity in anyone. The rooms were small and dismal. And the person that took us around had no idea, was unknowledgeable. She could not answer most of my questions. The social areas looked like they had parked some zombies in front of a T…
