PositiveA good place for mom
My mom was no longer able to safety stay at home by herself. We toured a few assisted living facilities and found Westmont Woods to be a good fit. The staff is friendly and helpful. When I have questions. They answer my concerns. The rooms are sizeable, clean and comfortable. My mom has been there for over 5 yrs. We brought some things from her house to make it "home" the food is good and served warm. She is picky, so I make sure she has frozen options the staff gladly heats for her. Everyone friendly at the home. I mean staff wise. Always a good idea to keep your lawyer on stand by if needed.

I have been in the home numerous times and days of the week and have nothing but positive experiences. we are thankful that two of our very clear friends are so well taken care of. It your upset they take time to listen! If I am in a bad mood, they always make me laugh with a joke or saying something funny. Head of unit comes in and talks to you if you have questions about medicine or whatever even medical condition. If we don't understand! Staff is respectful even to residents who can be mean to the staff. They are very caring and concerned for our safety.
