I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My mother moved into Quiet Oaks Health Care Center. I'm very pleased with it. I'm pleased with the staff. They are very helpful and very kind. The facility is very clean. My mom's room is fine. It is satisfactory. They have a doctor, nurses, a beauty shop, and a courtyard. The food is very good. It was expensive, but I have no complaints. I think they're doing the very best that they can do. I'm very impressed.

The people were extremely nice and kind to her. They were helpful for friends and family members. She had a private room and a view of a lovely garden. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They never hurt her or gave her any issues. She was bathed on a regular basis and had lots of different things to do there. They had activities for her to do on a regular basis as well. They had Christmas parties, and allowed various churches to come in the home and sing or entertain the residents. Many of the residents wer…
