★★★★★
CriticalThe room size is perfect. Plenty of room for living and resting. Bathroom is perfect for seniors. Would be nice if there was a bench installed There should be a way for family members to enter and exit facility without relying on caregivers to stop what they are doing to let family members in and out. We have been blessed with caregivers that are gentle and compassionate. I wish the they could get Mom to take part in activities but they won't insist if she declines. PositiveThey seem to have their act together when it comes to taking care of the residents. I think they have a lot of turnover because I meet a lot of new people. I don't know what the reason for that, but it seems like every week there's someone new working. I wish there was more communication when it comes to things like medication and medical treatment. Overall, they do seem to take care of the residents, and treat them with respect
★★★★★
PositiveCNA's have been great. Room size is nice and food has been good.
★★★★★
PositiveSo far everything has been good. Only issue has been prescriptions getting switched over and refills seem to be delayed. Staff seems nice. The food is ok. For the most part mom enjoys it.
★★★★★
PositiveShe tells me they take good care of her and the people who work there are very friendly and they do things with them. I would recommend to others.
