Everything from the cleanliness of the facility through the daily interactions with the staff should be rated as a 5! All the staff are helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to not only speak to my mother but to call me by name as well. Even the day maintenance guy called Mom by name this morning. Mama is quite comfortable in her apartment as far as space is concerned. She is also provided with a small microwave and refrigerator at no additional cost.
