CriticalI think the staff should be trained a little more on dementia however they were very friendly on how they treated my father. How the upper management especially the director [name removed] are awful and money hungry. They seemed to care more about filling beds than the actual care of the patient down in memory care. They were also very bad at communication.

PositiveMy husband was only at Rainforest for less than a Month He passed away on [date removed] my husband has been in and out of assisted-living facilities since 2022. I feel I have a very good understanding of these type of facilities and what they offer having gone through this with him in Tennessee and Florida. I'd be happy to share my thoughts with you. Rainforest is tucked into a lovely woodsy neighborhood near Bearden High School it has very nice walking path around the facility and I believe that each of the roo…

CriticalThe director who got us in was kind. There was 2 cnas that were helpful we had a very bad experience with the rest one nurse actually told me in front of my mom we didn't belong there. She was rude and hateful. I honestly wanted to drag her outside and chew her out. This was when my mom was actively dying! I will never forget this! Never brought her food I had to ask for it. Would never change her I had to ask for that also. Just horrible people that worked there
★★★★★
Positive5 for all but activities which we rate n/a. Highly satisfied. Rooms are very large and quiet. Staff is outstanding. Yes, we would recommend Rain Forest Landings to other families.
★★★★★
PositiveThe people who run it. Mainly [name removed] made the experience positive. I would recommend to others.

PositiveThe call from [name removed] was just absolutely the most welcoming, helpful, efficient. And the input from the administrator[Name Removed], the billing department, the nursing--- they were forthcoming, immediate, and open with compassion and obvious concern for residents needs and access to any and all tools and facility adaptations. They allow Alexa! And ice cream every day! And are very forward thinking in providing ease for needs you haven't yet realized you have-- or have; but elsewhere you were met with coldn…
