Ranchwood Nursing Center in Yukon OK is horribly managed. They are rude and inconsiderate. They never return phone calls. The time that my mother spent there has been some of the most painful with regard to working with management. They simply do not care. There is no top down positive influence from management. And, that lack of positive management is evident at every level at Ranchwood. Staff is poorly trained and the facility is woefully understaffed.
