Reflections Memory Care - Chatham is absolutely a wonderful facility. It really is. They are very caring people, and Laura, the administrator, is excellent to work with and talk with. Nurse Patty is also fabulous. She's my hero. So, they have all been completely wonderful. My sister has eaten there with my mom, and she said that the food's actually quite good. I have another sister from Florida who said that she was expecting it to smell like a nursing home, but it does not. It is spotless and they have d…

I have been very happy with the staff and management at Reflections. At one time, both my mother and father were being cared for at Reflections. Having been a frequent visitor of the facility, I can tell you my loved ones were very well taken care of. The rooms and grounds are clean, the food is good, and the nurses are very patient and caring. You would be hard pressed to find a better care facility for your loved ones.

When the facility first opened it was top notch and ran by a very kind and capable person. Since his departure a few years ago the facility has gone down hill. Not as clean, not enough care for the amount of residents. Activities have dwindled; laundry not kept up. Turnover of CNAs.

The facility is nice and always decorated nicely for the holidays. The staff does a pretty good job with the resources they're allowed. Unfortunately, the owner thinks it's more important to build new facilities than spend the money to keep good employees at the facilities that are open. The residents are no longer getting the services they are paying for.

Our experience at Reflections Memory Care - Chatham has been favorable, so far. It has a good atmosphere. For the most part, the aides are cooperative and helpful, and the administration seems to be responsive to any concerns. They are very good to assist with short-term appointments that you have to make, even on the same day. They serve three meals a day and also have games. If the family wants to meet or have a meal together, they have accommodations for that. It has numerous nooks where people can talk confiden…
