From making the initial appointment for me and my mom to tour, to signing her up and moving her in, this has been a positive experience. The response to my questions has been immediate and thorough from more than one person. The activities personnel are fun and creative and treat each person like their own parent. They keep tabs on what people may like to do and make sure they are included, tapping on doors to check if they are joining. We are choosing Regency Village at Prineville for my sister. The rooms were clean and neat, and everything seemed nice. The residents there were happy. I could see that they were comfortable and well cared for. The staff I've talked to were very kind and very sweet.
