I visited Regency Village at Redmond. The lady who ran the front desk was very nice, showed me what I needed to know, and discussed everything, but the financial. It was very clean and quiet. Older people were moving around inside, most of them with walkers or some kind of an assist. It was just calm and relaxing. I was pleased with that. It was a welcoming experience. It had all I would ever want. I saw one room that was going to be available. I liked it. It was a decent size. It's a two-story facility, which…

Dad has been there less than 3 months we have had 3 significant price increases totaling over [removed] per month ! We are doing his laundry as something always comes up ! All about the money here . My dad was afraid to ask for help called me crying in pain for fear about his rent going up, he was afraid to get medical help which he was hospitalized for. They charge for hospice coordination. There has been 2 deaths one of which was found a day or so later. They need to be investigated.

Admin has been changed since she's been there so this girl is new. The Food is good. There are not very many activities. The care is great, all the girls/guys are very nice. Sometimes goes weeks without housekeeping, seems like they have trouble keeping people. It's expensive, but it seems they all are
