CriticalThe staff is ok especially Holly and Denise but the mgmt is not!! They screwed up orders, you can wait over30 minutes for someone to answer your lights, I was to get home health for dressing changes and no one ever came. However the dietary people were very helpful. All told I would not recommend staying there. No-one ever offered ADL assistance and many times was !bullied by the staff.

I was in Regency Wenatchee Rehabilitation and Nursing Center for a while. All the nurses and the people that come in and help you and stuff were very nice and very friendly. Any time I needed something, I rang the bell, and they were right there. During meals, you had a choice whether you wanted to went down to the dining room or to stay in your room and they would bring your dinner to you. There were a couple of times I did go down to the dining room and the ones that go down to the dining room were people who wer…
