Mom has been a resident at Regent for a month. From the start of our search until the placement, Regent was exceptional. Every staff person has been kind and helpful with us and my Mom. Her apartment is wonderful and was spotless when we moved her in. The facility is well maintained and thoughtfully designed with areas for activities and outside space. I chose Regent at Burnsville because it seemed friendly. They have beautiful walking paths for me and my dog and it felt comfortable. After looking at six different apartments, I felt that this was the best fit for me. It was a great experience. I enjoyed it. They're very knowledgeable people. The apartment layouts are good and they have whatever you're looking for in the size and whatever. If you have a particular thing in mind, they probably have it for you. Regent at Burnsville was beautiful. They had just repainted the entry and they have been rehabbing all the rooms. It was a lovely facility; I like it. It is connected to the walking path around Earley Lake, which is a big accent for the facility and for the seniors to be able to get outside. They can have a safe one-and-a-half-mile walk around. We chose Regent at Burnsville for my parents because of the proximity of where it was located, the availability of a first-floor one-bedroom unit, and the staff that we worked with was extremely courteous and friendly. Their response time could be quicker though, but everybody's understaffed, so it's an understanding of why there's a delay in service. We've only had one person that was not friendly, but we haven't had her back since we let the staff know about our issues. The food is OK. It…

The person that we've been working with from Regent at Burnsville was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and very flexible on times and visitation. We've done multiple visits and they were very accommodating to us. It's our number one choice. The dining room was very small and was restaurant-like, but they had separate dining rooms so that you could dine privately with your family members or host a birthday party with them. Augustana Regent at Burnsville was the second highest as far as the cost went. The facility was pretty new. It has got some little shops in it like a barber shop, a beauty shop, a coffee shop, and a chapel. They also have computer rooms, and they have the emergency call pendants that are provided.
