My mother has been a resident at Reliable Oaks for 3 1/2 years and I can not begin to express how pleased and grateful we have been with regard to every aspect of her care. Her room is beautiful and she feels 'at home'. The entire staff has been and continues to be outstanding and caring. Nice place to live

My mom has been here almost a year. She has always felt that it was a nice place to live. She says it’s clean and safe. She is well cared for in regards to her meds, her meals, and other daily needs. It’s a fairly modern facility out in the quiet country.

I highly recommend

My loved one was treated with love, dignity and respect. I say that because some facilities he'd lived at previously did not do that. I loved how clean the rooms and common areas were. It was not a chemical cover up kind of clean, but just a fresh, clean smell and appearance. My loved one is big and tall and they kept him clean, safe and happy, i had much better care for his hygiene and emotional well-being here than his previous experiences, couldn't ask for more.

Awful Place

As an outside professional, this place may look good. Stay away. They don't do wound care or give out meds that are needed and scheduled. Would not send my dogs there.

The community is very inviting when you walk in. There is a fireplace and a garden in the back. I really loved how the rooms are like separate apartments and it was just very homey and inviting.

This sound good but they do not have Madicare and Medicaid.
