Apartment its fine, cleaning not so much. The toilet in his bathroom always plug. They are not on time on the medication always off by and hour. he have a hard time with that. The staff is good.

The team is friendly, responsive, and resourceful and really helped guide my family through a very difficult process. The facility is clean and well managed and they offer a lot of programs and activities for the residents. The property is well maintained with outdoor patios and windows throughout for natural lighting. I can't really comment on the food because my mother is picky regardless. Beautiful environment and building. Building is clean and well maintained. Studios and apartment are roomy and comfortable. Cafeteria food is tasty and has a great variety. Staffing though is not always enough for quick response the resident needs.

We chose Ridge at Stratford because of the price and friendliness of the staff. They have several times been out of certain standard food. They seem to only have bingo once a week for activities.

I like the nurses and nursing staff. They are all very caring and polite. I don't like the afternoons and evenings. The staff are very busy doing meds and getting patients changed and in bed. They have all the patients sit and wait in the dining area for quite a long time. They get tired and that is when the ones with dementia/Alzheimers start with "Sundowners".
