RIDGECREST REHAB & SKILLED NURSING CENTER

My family member is there for rehabilitation. We visited them and found the staff to be dismissive and rude. It is not a friendly and welcoming environment. We were there from out of town and it is sad to say that our experience was not pleasant. There are very few residents/patients there. At $9000 dollars a month I would expect a lot more accommodation for visiting family. We felt like they were lurking around observing us. The place was virtually empty. My father came to the facility for rehab and I am so glad we chose Ridgecrest. All of the Staff is SO friendly and caring, my father was treated as their own. I can not say enough wonderful things about this facility. I honestly wished my father would have stayed longer than the two weeks he was there. My dad went on and on about the food and how great his meals were. The PT that helped him daily, he just talked so highly of and just the overall staff that was always so nice to him. GREAT PLACE!!!

After suffering a stoke that left my Mother unable to live alone my family made the decision to place her at Ridgecrest. This was absolutely without a doubt the best decision we could have made for our Mother. She was treated with respect, dignity and love! The staff cared for her as if she was their own Mother. I can’t say enough good things about the entire staff at Ridgecrest. If you want the best For your family member and want them to be loved as you love them this is the place to be.
