PositiveMy cousin is currently at Rinaldi Convalescent Hospital for a short-term rehabilitation after being discharged and diagnosed with autoimmune disease in January 2026. We were referred to Rinaldi Convalescent Hospital by the hospital and her medical insurance. We were not sure of how good and safe this facility was, but after walking in and seeing the soothing colors and the beautiful pictures and seeing the cleaning maintenance staff in several areas I felt a calmness. As I continue to walk thought the halls, I saw …

PositiveRinaldi's staff brought me so much comfort in the midst of a devastating crisis. When I was tasked with choosing a convalescent hospital for my sister to be transferred to after being stabilized at the main hospital I was terrified. I visited a couple of facilities that left me in tears. They were horrific. Then I came to view Rinaldi. As soon as I walked into the lobby there was a peace that came over me. It was calm, tidy, clean and smelled fresh. It was the weekend so I had no formal appointment. This was a…

PositiveMy aunt came here last March after she fell and broke her shin. It is a nursing home so most of the patients are elderly, but the staff and nurses were very helpful. They are normally busy but if you call their attention, they listen and provide proficient care for my aunt. Their activity room was very lively during the weekends (there was an entertainer singing classics and the residents were singing along). My aunt complained about her first meal being on the colder side, but she brought this up and was addressed…

CriticalDo NOT go to this facility. A family member was there and did NOT receive any decent care. They refused to give him a Covid test even though he was sick - I called to intervene - after I pushed them hard, he got a test and was positive. He suffered for three days without a covid test and he has underlying medical issues. He asked for cough medicine or decongestant for three days!!! It was dirty - staff took forever to see him. We had to repeatedly ask for the doctor. It's a bad inhumane place - stay away at al…

PositiveMy aunt is in Rinaldi Convalescent Hospital. Her room is a nice size. She shares her room with another person, and it is bright and clean. They're very good about making sure that the hospital smells good. There's a nice smell when you walk through it. The staff is very caring and attentive to her needs, but sometimes you have to go find someone to get help. They're busy. I go there a lot and I find myself trying to have people come in and help me do certain things. My aunt is not particularly fond o…

PositiveI just moved here to Rinaldi Convalescent Hospital. I probably had 20 caregivers since yesterday. Even the director of nursing came in to say hello or asked if I needed anything. I am happy being here. The caregivers, the nurses, the aides, the dieticians, and everybody are all phenomenal. A girl came in with a flier about the things that were going on today. So, you're not isolated here. The facility is very clean and the food is excellent.
