Compassionate and knowledgeable caregivers

Mom started in the independent area and has her memory impairment increased staff identified a move to the memory care was necessary and shortly after offered me a private room for more supervision and a smaller dining room so Mom wasn’t overwhelmed when eating anymore. The new closet units and widened replacement bathroom doors allow Mom to get into the bathroom much easier. There are multiple staff on duty at any given time. Lots for loved ones to do including enjoy the secured outdoor courtyard.

Worst place ever

Do not send your loved on here . My mom is here and it's the worst experience ever. Today she got a new room mate I went into her room and there were several ppl in her room and the others roommates stuff was all over the place and my mom had to sit in cafeteria . I went in the room to put stuff I brought my mom and could not access my mom's fridge so I asked to move something out of the way . The nurse who doesn't work there who brought her was agitated I asked and got snotty with me n told me to leave the room I …

Terrible service, do not place your loved on here. First shift staff is a joke and would rather be on their phones and goofing off rather than caring for our loved ones. Josh? Administration is a joke, he’s never there and happens to always be “ on vacation”

Robbinswood Northcrest Campus was much of a close-in. Everything was smaller, which has definite advantages. The staff was also very helpful. It's was not as bright though and the rooms were small. Another thing was their entrance requirements were very rigorous compared to other places. They needed an awful lot of information before they even put you on a waiting list. Lastly, although their pricing was more reasonable, there was not much included in the pricing other than the room itself.

Thank you so much for all of the care and time you shared with our beloved Nanny (Rosie). All of the times you relieved her pain, comforted her when she was scared and spent extra time with her when she was lonely are very appreciated. You were all very special to someone, so very special to us.
