I visited this facility

We went and checked out Robynwood Assisted Living for my mother-in-law. The girl was very thorough in showing us around. The staff that we met was very, very friendly and personable. She answered every question that we asked. She was not pushing us like she had a time restraint on her end. We could have sat there for 2 hours, if we wanted to. It was very, very nice. I saw their activities board. They have a lot of things to offer. They have a salon there every Friday, and they had things that they would do.

Pleased with the ambiance and the staff!

My husband and I have been pleased at how welcoming the staff has been, the place is a lovely victorian home with large porches and it looks like the gardens will be beautiful in the Spring.

I am a friend or relative of a resident

I have been familiar with this facility for about 3 years. My grandmother who is 75 years old resides in this facility. Although the building was rather small, this facility seemed to be above average. The smaller space resulted in more attention to the residents and a more comfortable environment. The staff was superb as well. They treated residents with the upmost respect and provided a sense of comfort for the elders. There were many activities available for the elders for fun. Compared to other assisted living facilities Robynwood appeared slightly above average. Cosmetically the facility was pleasant, and the small size appeared to benefit the residents as they were given a lot of time and attention from the staff. The staff appeared well trained, although burdened at times, and lacking in patience. Further, there were a few residents that would have befitted from a more care intensive facility.
