I visited this facility

We went to Rocky Mountain Care Spring Hollow Assisted Living and Memory Care. It was not acceptable, though. The staff people we met were very good, but we did not like the layout of the room. They had a community shower, and they did not have an individual shower in the room, and that was not a positive. The room was nice, but my brother would not like the community shower. Everything else seemed fine. They were good people. It's a small facility. It only has 16 rooms. However, if my brother were to move, I w…

I visited this facility

The best part about Rocky Mountain Care Spring Hollow Assisted Living and Memory Care is it is close to home. The least part would be the feel of the place. It was nice. I don't have anything bad to say about it. It was a lot cheaper. The staff was very helpful. The building was nice. It just seemed a little older.

An excellent option

A very nice community with a caring staff, and good activities for those who desire them. I would typically give them a full five stars however it is a bit hard to contact the front desk in the late evening after the daytime shift departs. Overall an excellent option for anyone seeking a good option for their loved one.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My brother moved to Rocky Mountain Care Spring Hollow Assisted Living and Memory Care. They look in on him. They're providing food. They make sure he's comfortable. It was reasonably priced and had good service. It's clean, it's organized, the rooms are easy to find. The dining area has a bunch of tables next to the kitchen. They have a television, games, and a conversation area. It was less money than the other places we looked at.
