We're happy to give a 5-star rating to Rose Valley, as this has been a miracle for our family.

The management and staff at Rose Valley are warm, caring, and professional. They take excellent care of the residents and do a good job of staying in touch with family. The pricing is more than fair. The facility and grounds are very pleasant. It is big enough to have an activities program for the residents, but not so big that it feels institutional. This place has good vibes and does a great job. I highly recommend it. They took great care of my very difficult uncle.

Rose Valley is a very good place, especially for memory care services. They have private rooms for memory care, and the facility is so clean. It's one of the best. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable, explained everything from the monitoring to the menu.

I have no complaints and nothing but praise about how things are going for my mother since she has made the move into this community. The staff is very helpful with the move and easy to work with through this process. My mom was able to get the private bedroom that she wanted and it is perfect for her. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

There was staffing shortage at this location when I visited my parent. A caregiver was injured but had to remain working because there was no one to replace them.
